Two Buck Web Design Services provides website design, web hosting, and email services. Two Buck Web Design Services has certain legal and ethical responsibilities regarding the use of its computer network and equipment involved in these services.

Two Buck Web Design Services' general policy is to act as a neutral provider of access to the global Internet and has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. Two Buck Web Design Services reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customers access to any or all services provided by Two Buck Web Design Services when Two Buck Web Design Services decides that the account has been inappropriately used.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies

Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or computers, Two Buck Web Design Services will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation.

Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. Inappropriate posting may result in account suspension or cancellation. See the newsgroup or mailing list's charter for whether advertising is allowed or not. "Spamming," or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is particularly unethical and will be treated as such.

Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five or six recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. E-mail is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium.

The use of the Services to engage in any activities that are determined by Two Buck Web Services, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be illegal is prohibited. Such illegal activities include, but are not limited to, storing, posting, displaying, transmitting or otherwise making available pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards or displaying credit card information of third parties without their consent, and failure to comply with applicable online privacy laws. Two Buck Web Services will cooperate fully with appropriate law enforcement agencies in connection with any and all illegal activities occurring on or through the Services.

Obscene, Defamatory, Abusive or Threatening Language

Use of the Services to store, post, transmit, display or otherwise make available obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language is prohibited.

Abuse of Traffic and Storage

Two Buck Web Hosting Services customers are privileged to be offered high traffic and storage amount for their web sites. The intention of Two Buck Web Hosting Services is to provide a large space to serve web documents, not an offsite storage area for electronic files. All web pages (html) must be 'linked' with all files (.gif, .jpeg, .exe, etc.) stored on Two Buck Web Design Services’ server. Web sites that are found to contain no html documents or a number of unlinked files are subject to warning, suspension or cancellation at the discretion of Two Buck Web Design Services management. Two Buck Web Design Services will not host music archive sites that violate any copyright laws in any file format. Any sites that are found to contain this content will be warned, suspended or cancelled at the discretion of Two Buck Web Design Services management.

Customer agrees to pay for additional generated transfer over his/her account limit. Customer shall be charged according to our current price list posted on the Hosting page of this web site.

Account Cancellation

For your security and protection, cancellation of services must be received via email; it has to include your account login and password. Cancellations may only be made by the primary contact person on the account.

Lawful Purpose

Two Buck Web Hosting Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Two Buck Web Hosting Services server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Two Buck Web Design Services harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims. Including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Two Buck Web Design Services, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Two Buck Web Design Services against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Two Buck Web Design Services' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Two Buck Web Design Services server.
